We are changing our payment structure, check out our prices, a flexi card that has no expiry date, no need to find cash each week.

Look out for our new classes: would you be interested in a very late evening class? Tuesday Night Hawks 9.00 - 10.30 pm if I have 6 students book in it will run

How about an early morning class? Thursday 6.30 am - 8.00 am If I have 6 students book in it will run

Classes are filling up so please phone, pop in or email to see if there are spaces before coming, we don’t want to disappoint you.

We have three late night Yoga classes, for those, who commute to London each day or finish late locally. 8.00 – 9.15 pm. (Monday Hatha Yoga) 9.00 - 10.30 pm (Tue beginners Yoga) (Wednesday Beginners Yoga) when the children are safe in bed

Please let us know what classes you would like to see and is there a preferred time? Early morning – during the day – evening or late evening – week ends – We are interested in your view’s, honestly.

Do you or a member of your family have difficulty sitting on the floor or rising up from the floor? but would like to try yoga. Chair Yoga is the answer, it enables those with this difficulty to exercise with the use of a chair, eliminating the need to navigate to and from the floor.

Do you or a member of your family want to try Yoga but dont want anything too vigorous? Gentle Yoga is the answer, it has all the postures and exercises as in a general Hatha Yoga class but the postures are modefied to individual needs, there is more stretching, breathing practice and relaxation, enabling every one to access and enjoy Yoga.

Please remember we can take yoga to a loved one at home , if for any reason they cant come to us at the Studio, see private tuition.
