Restorative Yoga for Relaxation
Restorative Yoga is a relaxation class that will help you to heal, restore, re-energise and revitalise the body, the mind and the spirit. This is a gentle yoga class, no experience of yoga is necessary. We will use a chair if the floor is difficult for you to negotiate.
