Yoga-Is have now vacated the Royal Mail premises at the sorting office on Broadway, Broadstairs. We are still continuing to run courses from our new temporary home at Pierremont Hall, High Street, Broadstairs.

- 1.30–3.00pm: Hatha yoga with Glenys
Tuesday
- 10.45–12.15pm: Hatha yoga with Alan
Wednesday
- 6.30–8.00pm: Hatha yoga with Alan

90 minutes class £12.00, Flexicard no longer valid.
Individual Tuition
If you have a particular health problem, injury or just feel you may benefit from individual tuition for a few weeks before joining a class. We are happy to work with students one to one. Sessions cost £25 per hour or £105 for 5 one hour sessions.
