Yoga For Pregnancy

Gentle stretching exercises, breathing and relaxation techniques which are ideal throughout pregnancy and as a preparation for birth. Classes are for students after their first trimester (14 weeks ) up until the birth of their baby. Suitable for those with no experience of yoga.
