Beginners Classes suitable either for total beginners or people with 0 – 6 months experience. Beginner’s yoga is specifically designed for the total beginner in order to prepare you for safe practice within a general Hatha yoga class. By using a few simple props students with different capabilities can gradually build up strength, confidence and flexibility without the threat of strain and injury. This program will equip the student to participate in any Hatha Yoga class.
